J. Robert Motoshige
J. Robert Motoshige founded Community Improvement Capital to provide specialized private credit for court-supervised and asset-backed real estate situations.
His experience spans more than three decades across capital markets, fixed income, structured products, institutional investing, portfolio management, and private credit. His prior roles include Morgan Stanley and PAAMCO.
He holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University. He is fluent in Spanish and professionally adept in Japanese.
CIC has completed dozens of court-supervised financings. All completed transactions have culminated in full repayment of principal and interest, with zero defaults.
